One-of-one garment. Crafted in Johannesburg. Reclaimed heritage textiles. DHL worldwide shipping

This one of a kind piece is crafted from a vintage Bandhani silk sari, celebrating one of India’s oldest and most intricate textile traditions. Bandhani is created through a meticulous resist-dyeing process in which thousands of tiny knots are hand-tied into the fabric before dyeing. Once released, these knots reveal the signature dotted patterns-each motif formed patiently by hand, making every textile entirely unique.

The set features a short, softly structured jacket that highlights the rhythm and detail of the Bandhani surface, paired with fluid, elasticated pants designed for comfort and ease. Together, the silhouette balances artisanal craft with relaxed wearability-expressive, vibrant, and timeless.

Size: Medium: UK 10–12 / EU 38–40

Fabric: Vintage Bandhani silk in rich red, gold, and deep green tones, finished with delicate gold embroidery. Luminous and fluid, the fabric carries a celebratory warmth with subtle texture and depth.

Styling Tip: Wear together as a bold co-ord, or style the jacket with simple black trousers and the pants with a minimal top to allow the Bandhani detailing to stand out.

Wash Care: Cold hand wash recommended to preserve the silk’s colour, embroidery, and hand-dyed detailing.

One-of-One Craftsmanship

Every Sari for Change garment is entirely one-of-one.

Crafted from reclaimed heritage textiles, each piece carries its own history, character, and unique markings. Variations in weave, embroidery, texture, colour, and minor imperfections are part of the beauty of the regenerative process and should not be considered faults.

These characteristics are a reflection of the textile's journey and make each garment impossible to replicate.
