Returns & Credit Note Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. While we do not offer refunds, approved returns will be issued a credit note for future use.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

• Items must be in their original condition

Returns Process

• Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping

• Once we receive your item, it will be inspected

• If approved, a credit note will be issued within 14 days

Credit Notes

• Valid for use on future purchases only

• Not refundable or redeemable for cash

• Valid for 6 months from date of issue
