A jacket that carries two stories - woven, reversed, reimagined.
Crafted from rescued off-cuts, the Lulu Jacket is an ode to conscious creation. Nothing wasted, everything honoured. Each fragment once destined to be forgotten is instead gathered, composed, and transformed into something enduring - where heritage meets intention, and luxury becomes responsible.
On one side, a luminous Banarasi silk in soft blue unfolds - threaded with silver and gold zari, forming delicate linear and floral motifs. Banarasi textiles, originating from Varanasi, are among India’s most revered weaves - known for their intricate craftsmanship, where fine silk is interlaced with metallic threads to create textiles once reserved for royalty. Here, that legacy is reinterpreted - light, wearable, yet still steeped in centuries of artistry.
Turn it, and the narrative deepens.
The reverse reveals a rich teal cotton-blend - quieter, grounded, intimate. Finished with subtle woven textures and gentle contrast borders, it offers a different kind of elegance -one that speaks in softness rather than shimmer.
Two sides. Two moods. One intention.
Designed for fluid styling, the Lulu moves effortlessly between occasion and everyday - layered over simplicity or paired with structure. And always, at its heart, the back tells its own story: a canvas of pattern, memory, and design in dialogue.
One Size: Fits up to a Large (UK 10)
Care: Gentle cold hand wash. Treasured over time, it becomes not just a garment - but something you keep, carry, and pass on.
