A one-of-a-kind reversible Raya shawl, handcrafted by Rayana from reclaimed sari textiles.
As founder of Sari for Change, Rayana thoughtfully rescues heirloom fabrics once worn and cherished, selecting them for their beauty, texture, and story. She then handcrafts each Raya shawl herself - pairing textiles by hand and transforming them into wearable art with purpose and soul.
This elegant piece blends airy organza and soft silk textures in a graceful reversible design. One side features a serene ivory mist tone adorned with delicate woven gold stripes and tiny floral buta motifs, finished with a subtle ornamental border. The reverse reveals a rich emerald green panel with luminous gold checks and woven detailing that catches the light beautifully.
Lightweight and refined, it offers two moods in one: understated sophistication on one side, regal vibrance on the other.
No two are ever alike.

One-of-One Craftsmanship
Every Sari for Change garment is entirely one-of-one.
Crafted from reclaimed heritage textiles, each piece carries its own history, character, and unique markings. Variations in weave, embroidery, texture, colour, and minor imperfections are part of the beauty of the regenerative process and should not be considered faults.
These characteristics are a reflection of the textile's journey and make each garment impossible to replicate.
