One-of-one garment. Crafted in Johannesburg. Reclaimed heritage textiles. DHL worldwide shipping

This one-of-a-kind set is crafted from a reclaimed Banarasi sari, celebrating the centuries-old weaving tradition of Varanasi, India. Banarasi textiles are renowned for their intricate woven motifs, rich surfaces, and lustrous finish, traditionally created using fine silk and metallic zari threads. Each textile carries the character of its original weave, giving every reclaimed piece its own distinct composition and story.

The set features a short, softly structured jacket with contrasting panels that draw attention to the richness of the original textile, paired with fluid, elasticated pants for comfort and ease. Deep navy is layered with jewel-toned red and intricate metallic detailing, creating a silhouette that feels both opulent and contemporary.

Size: Medium: UK 10–12 / EU 38–40

Fabric: Reclaimed Banarasi textile in deep navy with multicoloured woven motifs, contrasted with rich red and metallic woven detailing. Lustrous and richly textured, the fabric reflects the intricate craftsmanship characteristic of Banarasi weaving.

Styling Tip: Wear together as a statement co-ord, or separate the pieces—the jacket works beautifully over a simple dress or tailored trousers, while the pants can be paired with a minimal blouse or shirt to let the Banarasi weave take centre stage.

Wash Care: Gentle cold hand wash or dry clean recommended to preserve the textile’s colour, woven detailing, and structure.

One-of-One Craftsmanship

Every Sari for Change garment is entirely one-of-one.

Crafted from reclaimed heritage textiles, each piece carries its own history, character, and unique markings. Variations in weave, embroidery, texture, colour, and minor imperfections are part of the beauty of the regenerative process and should not be considered faults.

These characteristics are a reflection of the textile's journey and make each garment impossible to replicate.
