One of a kind, thoughtfully designed, each Lulu Jacket is made using off-cuts from our production floor, shaped by a zero-waste philosophy that honours every fragment. What might have been discarded is instead gathered and reimagined - transformed into a piece where heritage and intention meet.
With its wrap-style silhouette and adjustable tie, this Lulu offers both structure and versatility, allowing you to cinch the waist for a more defined fit or wear it loose for an ease that feels natural and unforced.
One Size: Fits up to a Medium (UK 10–12)
This edition unfolds in a rich plum-toned cotton and silk blend, woven with soft gold accents and linear motifs that create a quiet sense of depth and movement. The sleeves carry their own story - contrasting striped panels and intricate woven borders, finished with delicate multicolour detailing at the cuffs. The tie belt draws the piece together, shaping the silhouette while echoing the layered composition of the textile. As always, the beauty lies in the balance - pattern and restraint, texture and form, past and present.
Styling Tip: Wear cinched at the waist over a slip dress or tailored trousers for a more defined, polished look, or leave it open over a simple ensemble for relaxed sophistication. It moves easily between occasion dressing and refined everyday wear.
Wash Care: Gentle cold hand wash. With time and care, the Lulu Jacket becomes more than a garment, it becomes something you carry forward.

One-of-One Craftsmanship
Every Sari for Change garment is entirely one-of-one.
Crafted from reclaimed heritage textiles, each piece carries its own history, character, and unique markings. Variations in weave, embroidery, texture, colour, and minor imperfections are part of the beauty of the regenerative process and should not be considered faults.
These characteristics are a reflection of the textile's journey and make each garment impossible to replicate.
