One-of-one garment. Crafted in Johannesburg. Reclaimed heritage textiles. DHL worldwide shipping

One of a Kind, deep wine-red silk is balanced with warm blush panels, arranged in a composition that echoes traditional sari layouts and ceremonial dress. Soft embroidery is worked gently into the fabric, not to dominate but to reveal itself slowly - each motif a quiet trace of handwork and time.

The silhouette honours tradition while remaining effortless. Bell sleeves fall in generous arcs from the arm, recalling classical forms and lending the piece a sense of ritual movement. The silk drapes with ease, shaped only by a matching tie belt that allows the kimono to be worn open as an outer layer or drawn in at the waist for moments that call for presence and formality.

Designed as outerwear for occasions and elevated resort settings, this kimono feels grounded in heritage yet unbound by season - made to be worn, remembered, and returned to.

Every Sari for Change garment is entirely one-of-one.

Crafted from reclaimed heritage textiles, each piece carries its own history, character, and unique markings. Variations in weave, embroidery, texture, colour, and minor imperfections are part of the beauty of the regenerative process and should not be considered faults.

These characteristics are a reflection of the textile's journey and make each garment impossible to replicate.
